What Causes Night Sweats And Itching In Anus?

Seem to me like aggravation of your IBS sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence sir, and I completely understand how this can be both embarrassing and frustrating as well. I would like to first thank you for all the information you provided, but the most important aspect of your query is the history of IBS and haemorrhoids.
If these two have indeed been diagnosed, then I am sure some form of treatment must have also been advised. Could you let me know what exactly was prescribed and whether or not you followed the doctors advise? That would greatly help sir.
I shall take the XXXXXXX of explaining a few things to you sir, just for your better understanding. Let me start with IBS; there are two conditions under IBS and each has a few specific symptoms but the general symptoms seen with IBS fall under both conditions (i.e. abdominal bloating during a flare up, flatulence, belching, diarrhea or constipation, abdominal pain or cramping, mucus in stool [rare], etc.). But what is most important here, is what we call the triggering factors. Both the conditions under IBS are exaggerated, irritated, stimulated by certain factors which cause the symptoms of IBS to flare-up. If at all these triggering factors are avoided, then an individual with IBS can live a symptom-free life for as long as possible.
Let me list some of the most common trigerring factors for you, they are:
-Tea
-Coffee
-Caffeine
-Sugar containing drinks
-Carbonated drinks
-Popcorn
-Oily/fatty/fried food
-Chocolates
-Dairy products
-Gluten products
-Alcohol
And many more which can be individual specific as well. The key is to recognize the triggering factors, and avoid them completely. I speak with experience sir, as I too have been suffering from IBS for over 6 years now.
Other than a change in diet and lifestyle, there are several medications available for the treatment of both types of IBS; but it is best to get elaborately evaluated to find the one best suited for you sir. For this I would strongly suggest an elaborate evaluation by your doctor.
As for the haemorrhoids, it is important to diagnose the type and get them accordingly treated sir. But in my opinion, your symptoms are related to IBS and not the haemorrhoids. But please do seek treatment for both conditions sir.
I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you sir.
Best wishes.
