What Causes Nightmares, Tremors, Cold Sweats, Chattering Teeth And Arrhythmia After Taking Duloxetine?

Question: I'm taking duloxiline and I hallucinating at night ( nightmares) I also take lyrica, Lipitor, asprin 100mg, somac and health supplements garcina Cambodia and tumeric. I also tremble, teeth chattering and often cold sweat. My normal heart rate is 46 to 52 bpm but st times I feel that it's going at a 1000 miles an hour. My wife is frightened by my episodes at night and I'm concerned for her. Can you offer advice? I intend making a doctors appointment if necessary.
