What Causes Non Retraction Of Penis Skin?
Question: my penis skin is not going down.while it goes down before.now it pains a lot.and i am worried that why it so..

You are suffering from phimosis-contracture of foreskin, preventing it from getting down. Later this leads to compression around corona of penis, leading to venous occlusion and edema-paraphimosis, a very painful condition. If this is left unattended further, this will lead to arterial occlusion and gangrene. So this should treated AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
Usually this can be managed by simple manual compression of the glans, relieving prepuce. If this fails, we will need incision of the constriction band and later circumcision.
Kindly reach the emergency room without delay.
To avoid future recurrence, always keep the area clean; regularly clean with soap and water after retracting foreskin during bathing.
