Brief Answer:
stop nasivion

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and thanks for using healthcaremagic.

There are many causes for nose block.
Allergies of the nose, deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, polyps.

You have to consult an ENT specialist to know the exact cause for the nose block.

Oxymetazoline should never be used for more than 6 days at a time. If used for longer time it can itself cause nose block. It is a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa - it is nose block caused by excessive use of nasal decongestants like oxymetazoline.

Right now you have to immediately stop the drops. Your nose block may have increased due to the nose drops.

The cause for the nose block should be evaluated and treated, nose drops are not the solution.
