Brief Answer:
Probably related to diabetic neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of peripheral neuropathy- a disease of nerves in the legs. The underlying cause is likely to be diabetes mellitus, even if the sugars are under good control.
There are other causes possible like vasculitis or nerve getting pinched due to herniated disk. You can get the HbA1C levels done to check for long term control of blood glucose levels.

As of now, you can start medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules for relief of symptoms.

Later on, if you do not get better, a nerve conduction studies should be done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
