Brief Answer:
Provide more clinical details and investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Only pain in head may be migraine but involvement of whole half side with numbness require investigation as possibility of seizures, transient ischaemic attacks or some brain space occupying lesion may be present.
You need to get examined by a neurologist, get a Mri of brain along with eeg.
Blood tests like blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function test, liver function test should be done.
You can continue antiplatelet after consultation from neurologist and investigation.
Any history of seizure, loss of consciousness, previous stroke or transient ischaemic attacks?
Till then pain killers and amitryptiline can be taken.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
