What Causes Numbness In Right Cheek And Ear?

Question: Back in 2007 I was diagnosed with ms since then and my right eye still cant see more than 2/10!

Since then not many interesting thing s happened... Only 10 days ago while inwas sleeping a pain inside the eye woke me up... Next morning i started feeling numbensss on the right side cheek, up and down teeth and ear (all right side)...i did blood tests, only whites were a litle bit on the high side, and feritine which always high on me) , 3 mr (brain, neck, thorak ) they also found a small lession in cerebellum... So i took 5 days cortizone x1000mg , and i was a little bit better , till now when i am taking 3 medrol x 16mg each day...

However, 2 days ago i had same pain, and today i have same problem with numbensss and also dizziness

Could u advise me what to do?

Doctors here they say, we cant do anything more...

Honestly speaking, we can not do much because you are already taking steroids.
And steroids are the mainstay treatment for MS.
For your current pain and numbness, you can try combination of pregabalin and vitamin b 12.

Tks yr reply doctor, to be honest i am scared tht maybe they missed diagniosed me, maybe i have somehting more serious like stroke, aneurysm or even cancer ... The pain is not anymore there, only the numbeness on the half face and dizziness/lightheaness (which worries me more) since i cant work or i am afraid to drive....

Vitamin b 12 deficiency is the most common cause for numbness.

No i never took b12, but blood exams i did 10 days ago b12 was ok... I have these fears because after 5 days kortizone i thought the symtoms will go slowly but instead i have same nubmeness since day one and this light diszness/lightheadness... Today i did also heart exams and was also ok...karotids are ok, ... Inam thinking to do again brain mr , just in case... Generally i have bad illness fears most of times...i take also cypralex every day for the last 2 yrs since i had panics attacks
