Brief Answer:
Localised skin inflammatory / infective changes.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr. Ganesh.

1.Numbness is due to the nerve irritation / compression it can be due to the localised infective / inflammatory changes.
2.The pink finger - possibly due to the localised oedema.
3.Trauma / insect / parasite - bite can give such changes.
4.In this case i would have ask for a doppler study of the hand and wrist to see and vascular abnormalities. And localised ultrasound soft tissue - that will give the nature of the collection / condition of subcutaneous region - that will help to assess the underlying pathology.
5.If you have any ring - some times that do gives such symptoms due to allergy.
6.Mean while apply anti inflammatory cream - that should ease symptoms.

Good luck.
