Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of TIA

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the symptoms of your mother, and they are suggestive of TIA- transient ischemic attack. In this condition, the blood supply to brain gets reduced for a short while.

Evaluation would include MRI/MR angiogram brain and carotid doppler.

Baby aspirin should be continued until the investigations are completed. People with TIA have a higher risk of getting stroke.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
