Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Non progressive numbness over a localized area on sole is not problematic.
If nerve conduction and emg is normal then neuropathy is ruled out.
Local soft tissue injury or injury to small nerve branches may lead to numbness.
Any diabetes, hypothyroidism, renal dysfunction or paraproteinemia?
Any history of trauma?
You can upload reports and prescription having clinical examination findings .
You can take methylcobalamin supplements.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
