Brief Answer:
Get examined and if required investigated(imaging of involved region)
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The attached report shows tumor which is non-cancerous but can be present in other parts of the body too. No treatment is required after surgery.
Any symptoms in other limbs like weakness or swelling needs to be assessed for such tumor.

Anti TB has been started 1.5 monthd ago. Recent x ray report shows that kesion is reduced. My concern was regarding lesion in liver and kidney. Does it need further investigation??
Now what further precautions are required?? Any test which should be repeated at regular intervals??
Chances of reoccurence??
Thank you for your valuable time.

Brief Answer:
Continue same treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Lesion in kidney is benign cyst which is common finding in many people. No treatment is required until cyst is very large and causing renal dysfunction.
The liver lesion is most probably hemangioma which doesn't requires any treatment.
The anti tubercular drug is all that is required at this moment.
