First it is proper to rule out all the organic possibilities.
Involuntary muscle movements (
Fasciculation) involving few muscles are due to variety of causes and majority them are benign and doesn't require any treatment. It will subside by its own. However pathological causes need treatment.
It may be due to decreased magnesium level in the body. You can take magnesium rich food like nuts (especially almonds),banana and spinach.
If there is any stress or anxiety, try to reduce it because these factors may precipitate fasciculations.
If it is persistent then it should be properly evaluated by a
neurologist.
For other physical problems like fatigue, anorexia, you need proper clinical examination and investigations.Investigations include routine hemogram,Random blood sugar(RBS),Liver function test(LFT),Renal function test(RFT),
Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME.Further investigations like
Ultrasound of abdomen can be done if needed.
