Brief Answer:
Your daughter had dystonia or versive seizure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your daughter had Oculogyric crisis (OGC) characterized by a prolonged involuntary upward deviation of the eyes. She had also transient Cervical dystonia—dystonic contractions of neck muscles causing the head to deviate to one side (torticollis). It seems that your daughter had dystonic reaction to certain drugs commonly neuroleptics (such as olanzapine).
Epilepsy can also manifest as oculogyric seizures, also called versive seizures characterized by sustained, forced conjugate ocular and cephalic and/or truncal deviation.
If there is no potential drug intake history ,you may consult a neurologist.
