What Causes One Sided Headaches?

Question: hi for the past 2 days I have been waking up with a headache on one side of my head it makes my right eye squint abit it goes away during the day but I can always feel something there and when I bend or jump or go down the stairs I can feel it again what do you think this is?

Thank you for using Healthhcare Magic. There are many types of headache and in order to come to a diagnosis, investigations are often needed. From the information you have provided, your headache may be an exertional headache. This means it is related to some type of physical activity.
Most headaches are not due to any serious condition but to make sure nothing important is missed it would be necessary to carry out tests including a brain CT or MRI.
Therefore, I suggest you see you doctor to discuss this.
In the meantime, ibuprofen is known to help exertional headaches so I suggest you try this.
