Answers - pain is a burning - lowest part of right side of abdoman, no fever, no nausea, normal appetite, slightly increased urinary frequency, slight constipation (though this is not unusual). Thank you.

Understand your concern

Your symptoms could be a constipation related or right side urinary tract infection (early stage).
I would suggest to go for urine test (routine, microscopic and culture), USG scan of abdomen (to rule out rare possibility of appendicitis).

Take following advice in mean while time:
Drink plenty of water and healthy diet.
Take antispasmodic tablet like spasmax.
Take laxative syrup.
Proper rest.
