Are Elevated Ast, Alt With High Mcv, Mch Related To Urinary Urgency?

I am a 31 yo female who has been experiencing urinary urgency and incontinence for about 2 years with abdominal pain. Had gall bladder removed about 3 years ago. My recent labs show elevated AST and Alt with low red blood cell count but high MCV MCH.Are any of these things related?

Hi,

Urinary urgency relates to the neuronal condition when it is from 2 years and it is not directly related to high MCV or low RBC directly.

However, a detailed case study with analysis of symptoms, clinical signs and all reports are a mandatory requirement here to proceed in details for the particular conclusion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
