At your age people usually don't care about their physique but they just dream, I am highly impressed by you.
So coming to the point, I want to tell you that at your age muscles and skin including soft tissue get laxed, so I wouldn't be overly bothered about the laxity as long as your fit and healthy. But if you are very worried, start doing isometric exercise under guidance of trainer. In addition do stretching exercise and aerobics and important thing is that movements should be done in a slow to moderate and deliberate manner.
