Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain and itching in nipple area could be due to eczema or infection. To confirm the possible cause for your concern, I would appreciate if you could upload an image of affected area. The same can be done by clicking on upload report/image icon which is on right side of query page or you could send the pics to YYYY@YYYY . Please mention ATTN Dr kalpana Pathak in subject line.
In the meanwhile, take tablet cetirizne twice daily. Clean the area with lukewarm water and apply a steroid antibiotic cream twice in a day( like fluticasone mupirocin or beclomethasone fusidic acid cream)
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Cetirizine has to be taken till itching subsides. Also you may get hydrocortisone or fluticasone( steroid) and mupirocin or fusidic acid cream over the counter. So just get these creams mix and apply twice in a day. For lisinopril, you need a doctor's prescription. Any ePrescription( through online consultation) wont be considered valid.
Hope this helped.
Take care
