Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
As long as cardiac ct and echo were fine, than your symptoms aren't related to cardiac problems.
Your symptoms may be caused by:
- spine and nerves problems (spondiloartrosis)
- gall bladders and pancreas
- pulmonary problems
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations :
- chest x ray
- abdominal ultrasound
- spine x rays to exclude spondiloartrosis
- EMG and EEG to exclude any neurologic problems.
If all these exams will be normal than it may be due to anxiety.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

I have had a spine and neck mri which was clear
I am incredibly fatigued regularly too
I am worried it is heart related my mum had a 95% blockage which did not show up on an ecg echo or heart ct scan it was only until she had to have an angiogram that they found it and she passed as it was too late
She went for months in and out of a and e with all similiar symptoms to me but they kept sending her home saying it wasn't her heart
I had an endoscopy which showed Minor gastritis
I've had chest x rays that are clear
I've had brain spine and neck mri which are clear
I also get a squeezing pain across my left wrist and upper part if my arm and in the centre between my shoulder blades
It isn't continues it comes and goes in waves but it is severe squeezing pain and my chest feels like it's in a vice all the way around front and back
It makes no difference if I take a deep breath
It's every single day and the drs tell me it's nothing but it must be something
Some days I can't move I'm in that much pain and I feel sick to my stomach and covered in sweat

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are suggestive for GERD...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
You have done cardiac CT angiogram that is as accurate as cardiac angiogram in excluding coronary arteries blockage. As long as allyour cardiac examinations were normal you should stay relaxed, your symptoms aren't cardiac related.
Moreover since your brain spine and neck MRI was fine and there was only a minor gastritis, your symptoms are typical for gastro esophageal reflux disease (acid reflux or GERD).
GERD symptoms may be misunderstood as cardiac related but they last with weeks even months (cardiac pain last with hours never more than a day) and it's concentrated over the stomach and spread upward.
If you were my patient i would recommend to start antacids (malox) and PPI drugs such as pantoprasole. This will help to relief acid reflux (GERD) and your symptoms.
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
I am happy that all your tests including cardiac check up resulted normal, no pathologies found.
To my opinion, gastritis/GERD can give a reasonable explanation to your actual symptoms. If omeprazole has not given enough relief to your symptoms, then, I recommend to change to the following therapy:
- pantoprazole 40 mg/daily
- antacids
- domperidone
- buscopan for the pain
Hope this new therapy will give relief!
