What Causes Pain And Rash On Testicles?
Question: I started feeling pain in my testicles (balls) when pressed together during sex and to me it was not normal and my pee was very yellow and i had like fever feeling , white tongue and bitter taste some times which i check at a clinic and they said it was nothing, but i was still worried i went for full test on October i was HIV negative but i had hepatitis which i was given shot, i was also given medicine for the saying i just had infection and on my male organ which didn't go still yellow pee, i went to another medical center and got tested and it was discovered i had genital herpes and chlamydia also before then i started having nasal block which i was giving nasal spray and it reduced but this has bothered me so i asked my Girl friend to go for test she came back HIV positive and i was scared so i did self HIV test at home all turned out negative but due to fear i started taking Stocrin and Tenvir-rm but now i am having extreme hotness of the body which i cant bear and i am still awaiting another test result tomorrow after i found out my girl friend is positive to HIV but i have used protective 98% than un-protective with her before i found out because i just found out she was HIV positive December 25 but before then i have been tested for HIV on October and also another on November both negative that same 25 i did a home self test it turned out negative too.
right now the PEP am taking is making me so hot i cant sleep and just started having rash since 2 days ago the hotness is 24 hour in me i cant sleep and i its like i am having fever due to the cause of this i dont know but the hotness is not like when i started taking the medication because i i have only taking 11 tablet out of 30 for day period please i need help i dont think i have HIV because i have known her since XXXXXXX

Am having high body temperature very hot like fever and when i take Stocrin and Tenvir-rm my body become extreme hot than it is, do i need to stop it because i cant bear it and its like am having fever.

I went to the hospital to collect the test i did on the 28 of last month it says no HIV virus but i was only given medicine for last time after the last test i did chlamydia they just gave me for herpes today, i have the re-curing fever hotness and taste on my tongue with weight loss and loss of appetite i guess it was because i didn't take the medicine properly which i was given before for chlamydia, the sores around my male organ is healing fast and the swelling around my anus is still there but healing too, but i have less appetite to eat i even pass out blood today while using the toilet maybe because i only ate once since two days but drank blended fruit and others any way.
I will start the herpes treatment tomorrow but when ever i take ampicilin the fever reduce and body temperature calm down i get this most at night just started few days ago due to me not taking the medication properly for the chlamydia that was given to me before that what i think what your opinion on that ? but i have finished them now but didn't take them properly because i was taking the HAART medicine, they said since before i started the HAART i was negative and i need to stop it immediately it has made me loss weight because each day i take the HAART it reduce my appetite and body fat , cant sleep and suicide feelings but the test say negative to HIV so i was given APO-ACYCLOVIR but when i was taking that HAART under my feet started to peel and my palm started peeling too but the palm was very less than the feet just one spot location only, and palm which also had little peel too but very less than the under feet, they said i should do a test in 3 month time or a month but i should stop the HAART now and start the herpes medicine which they said 5 tables daily.
