Brief Answer:
A brain scan should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, it is possible that you are suffering from muscle tension headache. In that case, you would benefit from medications such as amitriptyline or dosulepin. However, if headache persists even after taking medicines (and also in view of a history of fall), it may be better to do a brain scan to rule out any internal problem.

Regarding lymph nodes, they should become smaller in size after the course of antibiotics. If not, then, a needle aspiration of the lymph node can be done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
