Question: Hi Doctor,
I had protected oral sex with a csw 3 weeks ago. She gave me oral and I had condom throughout the process. I kissed her cheeks and boobs. No I am very scared to death about HIV. No I feel some pain in my armpits and little tingling too. What does that mean? Do I need to get tested? Am I at any risk? Please, tell me doctor I am very young and I have very bright future I don't want to spoil it only coz of this shameful thing.

Brief Answer:
No risk

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question. You are at no risk for HIV in your scenario.

HIV occurs after the prolonged contact with infected body fluids. Based on your description, I don't see you being in contact with infected fluids. Therefore your risks of getting HIV seems to be null.

Anxiety can mimick symptoms such as yours. I suggest that you stop worrying about HIV. I don't see you any way HIV can be tranmitted in this scenario. So you don't need any HIV test.

Hope this helps.
