Brief Answer:
Can be due to cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mild pain and tingling that you have in upper arm can be due to mild spondylottic changes in the cervical spine. Abnormal neck position or muscle spasm can also cause such a discomfort. You can avoid painful movements, avoid using a pillow and do some neck isometric exercises and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
