What Causes Pain At Operated Site Of Inguinal Hernia?
Question: I had my right side direct inguinal hernia repaired by open surgery four months ago.. I am a diabetic. Whenever I masturbate the pain at the wound site starts and continues for a couple of days. I have not risked a proper intercourse since the operation. Is it a symptom of recurrence. 15 days after surgery I unfortunately climbed a rickshaw with full body weight on my right leg ( on the side of surgery). It pained alot then but subsided subsequently. Could it be that that incidence may be causing pain or something got ruptured then?
