Brief Answer:
Lump under left breast needs further assessment
Detailed Answer:
Your most worrying symptom is the lump under your left breast. this needs further assessment by a Dr, possibly an MRI scan and biopsy. Not to worry you but men can get breast cancer and so I would take this seriously although there are many other not so serious diagnosis that could explain this.
The pain in the back of your right hip could be many things. an physical examination and X-ray of your hip should be the 1st thing to be done as arthritis in the hip would be the most likely diagnosis. Antinflammatory medication can be of benefit in the interim.
I hope this information helps
