Hi, thanks for the query to HCM Virtual Clinic.

Could please enlighten with more information about the pain under the left rib cage and stomach as follows-
IS it burning pain? When it occurs in relation to food or any activity or at white time it occurs?
How long that pain is occurring?
Does it occur at the upright /or bending /or Crouching positions?
Does it occur with exertions or with emotions?
What's your age/weight/height?
Are you overweight for your age and height?

Primary Impression with my expertise and facts given-
Your pain seems to be burning type and might be occurring while bending and you might be overweight for your age.

Caution and Advise suggested-
I would advise you to update on any test reports / USG/X-ray Chest-abdomen/MRI etc
As its on left side I would like to know about any ECG done recently or in the past.
To Consult your physician or cardiologist for any gastric and chest cause on the left side, who would investigate your pain.
Hope this would help you to plan treatment with your doctor on your URGENT visit ,Which you should plan as the pain is on the left side.

Hope to get more information as soon as possible.
