Brief Answer:
Gastritis secondary to medication, antacids and antiemetics

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the chest, nausea is concerned, it is because of the gastric irritation caused by the drugs you are taking. Clamentin and metronidazole are highly gastric irritant and even the Mybulen which contains ibuprofen which is again a gastric irritant. You cannot take medicines however you want. The Clamentin can be taken 2 times a day, flagyl can be take 2 times a day rather than 3 times and Mybulen can be taken to maximum of 3 times a day.
Nothing to be panic, since you have already taken, If i am your treating doctor, i would have suggested you to take antacids like ranitidine two time daily before food and domperidone two times daily before food for 3days.
You can stop the antibiotics course and get the tooth treated. Do not over consume the drugs other what a doctor has prescribed.
I hope my answer will help you, take acre.
