Brief Answer:
Pain not caused by anemia!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. For sure, this cannot be caused by anemia. The most likely cause of this chest pain in the early hours of the morning would be related to your sleeping posture. You should review this and make sure you get it right. You can take pain medications(Tylenol/Ibuprofen) in the early hours of the morning for relief if the pains are severe but figuring out a better way to sleep at night is the best solution.

What is the cause of your anemia? How low is your hemoglobin levels? Are you on treatment already? Let me hear you out on these.

I hope this helps and addresses your question full. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I've always had anemia since I was 13 or 14 I believe and doctors can tell me a why?? my levels go low and sometimes really low which one day I had transfusion for it, and yes I'm on treatment but it doesn't help I'm drinking 325g of iron which they said 2pills a day and another thing I've notice is that I'm really tired and lazy and I'm loosing my hair.

Brief Answer:
Do you have blood results?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up information.

I will like to know if you have blood tests done already? If so, please send the results to me. I want to personally interpret them

Anemia would cause constant fatigue, laziness, falling hairs, etc. If iron has not been helping, then the cause of this anemia has not be correctly identified. You cannot address an unidentified problem as there are many conditions that can cause this.

This pain is not from the lung. You feel pain when you breath not because it is in the lungs but because the structures used in breathing are on the chest wall. Change your sleeping posture and let's see what results you get.

In the meantime, I wish you well. Let me hear from you as concerns the answers to my questions.
