Brief Answer:
Could be Gout. Need investigations to confirm

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend, greetings from HCM. I understand your pain.

Big toe inflammation , after non veg diet ..could be gouty arthritis.

Could you please get the the following investigations done? They will help confirm the diagnosis.

Serum uric acid , lactic acid, fasting and post prondial glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile and thyroid hormone levels.

Mean while take some analgesic to control the pain (ibuprofen is good enough) and avoid non vegetarian diet.

Drink lots of water and fruit juices.
Take more of green leafy vegetables .,
Get rest and avoid alcohol.
Based on the reports we can decide the line of management.

Brief Answer:
It could be non- specific inflammation.

Detailed Answer:

Dear Sir, you are feeling better now, that is a good sign.
Any ways please get those investigations done to rule out gout. Also we should see how your glycemic control is also.
Alcohol, samon and chicken, even boneless/ skinless could increase the uric acid levels please do avoid.

Take care and do contact us for more queries.
