There are many causes that can cause such a pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
There are many conditions that can be responsible for your feet pain.
Most probably are:
1)Plantar fasciitis causes pain in the bottom of the heel. This is due to the increased pressure on your plantar fascia ligaments and it is most likely if you are overweight,
if you have a very active job that involves being on your feet often,if you have foot problems, such as very high arches or very flat feet.
In this case staying off your feet and applying ice for 15 to 20 minutes three or four times a day to reduce swelling, reducing or changing your exercise activities, using arch supports in your shoes, doing stretching exercises may also help to relieve pain.
Also NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen and Naproxen can relieve the pain.
2)It might due to dietary deficiences of certain nutrients such as Calcium,Vitamin D,Vitamin B12,Folic acid.
In this case symptomatic relief can be obtained by intake of Vit B12,Vit B6,Folic acid as well as multimineral supplement include Calcium,Vit D.
3)Osteoarthritis(inflammation of foot articulations).
You can try using OTC anti-inflammation drugs such as Ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hours or Naproxen and see if the pain is relieved.
If your symptoms still persist I suggest to consult a physician because there are many condition that can cause feet pain and it is needed a detailed medical history and physical examination of your feet.
