Brief Answer:
?Plantar fasciitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the details.
I have gone through your details and feel that you might be suffering with Plantar fasciitis. As you are suffering since 4 yrs and you have already seen a doctor for this, I hope the doctor too would have come to the same diagnosis and his advise of yoga/walking and XXXXXXX namaskar would be to improve strength of calf muscles and if overweight then to loose weight.
Please follow the below instructions which will help in improving your symptoms:
1. Soak both legs in warm water twice a day.
2. Analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain relief.
3. Wear proper foot wear with good arch support and soft base. Micro cellular slippers or micro cellular base in the shoes which help in improving blood supply to the heels relieving pain.
4. Follow exercises like toe stretching and calf stretching regularly. You can know about the exercises by searching on internet.
5. Make sure you are walking properly and comfortably. That would heel first and toes later pattern.
6. If overweight, loose weight according to normal BMI.
7. Get an X ray of the ankle joints to check for any bony abnormality.
Follow the above instructions for 2 months and observe for improvements. If the pain persists then steriod injections or surgery would be required.
Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help.
Regards.
