What Causes Pain In Left Lymph Node Area Below The Jaws?

default
Posted on Mon, 4 Jul 2016
Question: For the past year or so I have noticed a dull pain that seemed to be coming from my left lymph node area just below the jaw. I have recently noticed a dull pain from a small area just to the left of my Adam's apple (either my larynx or thyroid) and I'm thinking that it might be the actual origin. I don't have any swelling or lumps but I have noticed a weird fluttering and pressure in my left ear that comes and goes and only lasts for a half second or so. Lastly I have also had sore muscle like chest pain on my left side that seems to burn when I flex my shoulders downward. I have been pretty worried and any info would be greatly appreciated!

Brief Answer:
Suggestions enumerated.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HelathcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I feel that the following suggestions would be of help to you:
* Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which is needed for proper muscle contractions. It could help with the muscle soreness.
* Take milk and other sources. Calcium deficiency could present with the flutters.
* Gurgle with lukewarm water.
* Take steam inhalation. There is a connection between the inner throat and the middle ear. This connection getting blocked with mucus could have some relation to the ear flutters. Steam will help by diluting the mucus.
* Visit a physical therapist or a sports trainer and get to learn the exercises that would help you. Thereafter exercise regularly.

Hope that helps.
