Brief Answer: Likely to be muscular pain. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. The pain in the leg that you have is not likely to be related to a blood clot as the pain is not aggravating on movement and there is no associated swelling. This is more likely to be a muscular pain. An estrogen therapy for only 4 weeks at a young age like yours is not likely to cause a blood clot. You can take adequate rest do a hot fomentation in the area and take a mild pain killer like ibuprofen. This pain is likely to subside in a day or two. Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have. Wishing you good health. Regards. Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
