What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Left-sided Groin Pain?

Question: I'm curious I have pain in my lower abdomen/groin left side the pain is constant never really getting worse or going away I worked out dead lifting yesterday and did notice an increase in pain. no noticeable bulge. no history of hernia pain is around 2/10. no pain on palpation.
Brief Answer:
Increase in abdominal pressure, take a break
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The weight lifting could be a standalone cause of the new pain. However it is important to know if you are sexually active? STDs can cause such pain.
When you lift heavy or unusual weights there is increase of pressure in the abdomen leading to pushing of the contents through the weak walls of the abdomen. In such a case the contents like epidydimis and viscera would be pushed out causing such nagging pain. I suggest to stop lifting for few days and you should be good to go again.
