Brief Answer:
Kidney failure does not cause back pain

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with renal failure. You are concerned that the renal failure is the cause of your back pain. The answer is no. Renal failure has no painful symptoms. Your back pain is more than likely from muscle or degenerative disks from your back. Since you have renal failure I would not recommend using any NSAIDs. this would be ibuprofen or naprosyn as these drugs can damage the kidneys

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
