Brief Answer:
This might be spine issue or urinary tract problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As you have had some spine problems and spine surgery before, it will be very hard to determine if the source of pain is in the spine or in the abdomen.
Spine pain usually appears after some physical activity. It tends to radiate to the leg (goes through buttock).
Urinary tract infection can give similar symptoms. Back pain radiating to the groin, burning while urinating, frequent urinating and fever can be also present.
Lower left abdominal pain can be also caused by diverticulitis of large intestine. Constipation, some blood in stool, mucus in stool can be also present.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have some diagnostic done. Spine MRI, abdominal ultrasound, urine analysis and blood work should be done to determine the reason.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
