What Causes Pain In Lumbosacral Region?
Question: My pain is in lumbosacral region and is a shooting pain into left buttocks which is severe and unremitting.It spreads to the right buttocks but not quite as severe.It also spreads into leg. I sustained a fall in May in which I had a compression fx of L2. Have used a brace then water therapy.

MRI scan will help in confirming the diagnosis. Taking pain killers and oral muscle relaxants will help. Physiotherapy exercises will also help after the acute pain subsides.
