Brief Answer:
Upload/narrate your reports of body check up, provide some detail

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

You have mentioned that,"Last month i have done full body check, every thing is normal. ". Can you upload or write down those reports?

I can understand your concern of pain in penis.

There is no problem of phimosis as you have mentioned that you can retract it easily.

Other possibilities:

--Was there some injury to your penis during sex or other way in past? As during healing, chances of some fibrous tissue formation is there. This tissue stretched while erection and causes pain.

--Is there any curve/bending in penis do you find while erection? It may be peyronie's disease.

--Do you feel any lump in penis? For diagnosis of lump, ultrasound or biopsy may be needed?

-- Do you have any pain during urinating or burning urination? There may be chance of urogenital infection. However it is less likely because it causes pain at any time not only during erection.

--Are you married ? does your wife have any genital infection? If you are not married and doing sex with someone else, does your female partner have any genital infection? Do you use condom?

Also let me know that this problem started suddenly or gradually developed and worsened?

Waiting for your reply to help you more.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
