What Causes Pain In Right Index Finger When I Put Pressure?
Question: Hi,
For approximately 7 months now, I have been getting a pain in my right index finger whenever pressure is applied to it. It normally doesn't hurt; it only hurts when being used to lift, cut, hold things etc. The pain is only in that one finger. It also does not pain if I flex my hands and fingers; only when pressure is applied to it. What could be the cause for this and how can I stop this pain?
Additional information: I take pressure and diabetes pills (no insulin injections are required).
Thank you in advance for your response.
