Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I have studied your case and I believe that you are having cervical spodylosis. In this condition there is nerve compression in the neck which causes pain in shoulder blade, pain in arm and elbow.
I would suggest you to get MRI of the neck to confirm the diagnosis.
Till you get this investigation I would suggest you following things.
1. Neck muscle exercises and cervical traction, you can learn this with the help of physio.
2. Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time.
3. Take Pregabalin and Methylcobal after discussing with your doctor.
4. Avoid using very high pillow.
I hope these steps help you. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions.
Thanks.
