Adequate scrotal support will be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Going from description of your symptoms, I would not consider any indication for further Surgery. The cause of your symptoms appears to the following
1. Improper scrotal support: Lack of support to testis may cause testicular congestion and may be cause of pain
2. Ischemic Orchitis: Reduced blood supply to Testis due to repeated surgeries could be the factor.
Management will include getting a colour doppler of the testis in consultation with your physician.
Proper scrotal support by wearing appropriate size underwear will be very much helpful. Also avoid prolonged standing or sitting . Do not wear underwear while sleeping at night.
Do get back to e if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take Care
Best Regards
