With your history the chest pain seems to be due to Acid Peptic Disease.
However it is always better to be sure.
I would advise you to get an ECG done to be sure that this is not related to heart.
Meanwhile start with a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day and if ECG comes out to be normal , revert back with the progress after 15 days of medicines.
