Pain in groin and testes with Post-Surgery Weight Loss/ Under Evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Pain in groin and testes with Post-Surgery Weight Loss/ Under Evaluation-
Mostly from -Varicocele with throbbing testes pain / weigh loss from post-surgical high BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate)/Hiccups-from stress and painkiller drug induced gastritis
Hi Dear !! Thanks for the updates, though incomplete still.
Still I would try to give Primary Impression about the multiple health issues you have after this back surgery.
These impression could change after getting more asked details, after which, remedy could be suggested for specific causes which are found after study of the details,as asked above and herewith.
MY Impression- and Comments about your health issues-
-You seem to be a case of FBSS- with multiple health issues-as follows-
i-Pain in the Gut with a knot like feel-
Though the complaints before surgery and type of lower level fusion details are not given from you-This seems to be either from-post surgical stress with gastritis and drug induced gatritis.
Another cause of this Gut knot could be-throbbing pain in testicle, which could cause stomach nausea from the excessive Vagal over- stimulation from severe throbbing pain in testicle. This testes pain is more on walking and relieves while lying down-This throbbing testes pain-indicates possibility of -Varicose Veins causing venus regurgitation, which causes throbbing pain in testes, with multiple issues like pain in testes, burning pain in groin
This Gut pain could be secondary to the post-surgery nerve root compression at-T11-to L1/L2, which also supplies the testes nerves
Burning pain in groin could be explained on post-surgery
nerve root compression at L1/L2 levels.
2-The weight loss has been a boon by back surgery,as it is normal weight for your body height,so don't worry much about it.
This is due to prolonged recovery time and stress on the body with it.Prolonged gastritis with testes pain, could have reduced your body weight.
3-Hiccup after first few bites-could be from -high acidity and gastritis-secondary to prolonged surgical stress and painkiller drug induced acid reflux with esophagitis. Sever nausea is from acute post-surgery stress and painkiller medicines
Remedy Suggested-
a-Consult Surgeon to assess the post-surgical issues.Examine and assess for Varicose Veins of the Spermatic Cord with throbbing testes pain.
Get USG scan and Color Doppler- and plan microvascular varicose repair-treatment with Urologist.
b-Tab Pentaprazole with Domperidone- combination-1-0-1 x 2-4 weeks-to control hyperacidity and to control gut pains
c-Tab Vit B12 and Tab Folic acid-
d-Vit D3 with Calcium for early fusion healing.
Next Appointment-
AS the case is complex with multiple problems to be assessed with Orthopedic Surgeon and Urologic Surgeon,Keep Me updated after 2 weeks, for further evaluaion and treatment work up for further care.
