Brief Answer:
Kidney or spine is the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain can be either caused by a kidney stone/inflammation or spine disc herniation.
If you have any frequent urinating, burning while urinating, trace of blood in the urine, fever, nausea, kidney issue is the most probable reason.

If the pain is more intensive after physical activity, tends to radiate also to the leg, spine issue is the reason.

For kidney diagnostic, urine analysis should be done. To diagnose the spine, MRI should be done.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
