The problem started around ten days ago.
When I press against the right side adjacent to my penus I feel pain.
When I pull up on my right testicle sometimes I feel pain.
I have had heat spells.
I had a colostomy back in 2006.
My blood work was good two months ago.

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Sincere thanks for your feedback.
Read it carefully and thus my opinion based on your symptoms is:
Urinary tract infection leading to retro-grade infection of the right spermatic cord, epididymis and testicle.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, to send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. This is very important to get the correct diagnosis.
Also send blood again for lab.
Ultrasound of the abdomen particularly for Genito-urinary system and scrotum - with color doppler mode.
Appropriate antibiotic till get cured.
Plenty of oral fluids
Any other advise as may be given by your treating Doctor/s.
