Question: How can i relax mycremaster muscle? It feels like it is going to burst my right testicle. Pain from right testicle continues upward on right groin up to abdomen.This painin my right testicle comes and goes but is getting more frequent and more painfull lately. I would rate my pain a 9 out of 10
