Brief Answer:
You have infection of either Epididymis or Testicle

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the detail history and present situation the pain in Rt testicle that you have is mostly due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) or Testicle (Orchitis) and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) Urine routine and urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum
3) Color Doppler study of scrotum .

In the meanwhile start taking antibiotic like Cefotaxime and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .
