What Causes Pain In The Shoulder And Elbow?

Question: I have had pain in my right shoulder and now it has traveled to my elbow and I have tingling in my index finger. What have I done to myself?
Brief Answer:
cervical spine issue
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
These symptoms indicate neuropathy which can be caused by disorders in cervical spine or by some other less common diosrders such as metabolic neuropathy, lack of vitamins, autoimmune demyelinization disorders.
At this point, you need to rest, take ibupfrofenum 3x400mg, take vitamin D and B12 supplements, apply warm compresses.
If symptoms persist, you need to do MRI of the head and cervical spine to rule out other possible causes. Wish you good health. Regards
