Brief Answer:
Yes see should see the doctor once

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's better that she See's doctor once.
Regarding her bp, she should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet and weight loss if overweight. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp is persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, then she should be on medicines for it.
An upper abdominal pain, it's most probably an acidity and gastritis. She should avoid fatty, oily and spicy diet. She can get prescribed tab Pan DSR 40 mg or esomiprazole domperidone combination beforebreakfast once a day for 2 weeks. For immediate pain relief, she can have antispasmodic like tab Dicyclomine 20 or hyoscyamine 10 mg whenever needed upto three times a day.
And her brown urine is most probably due to decreased water intake, so she should increase it. But we need to do urine for routine and microscopy, hemoglobin and myoglobin especially if it doesn't settled with increased water intake.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
