What Causes Pain In Upper And Lower Back?

default
Posted on Sat, 31 May 2014
Question: My brother is having intolerable pain in his upper and lower back. Very strong RX medications do not alleviate the pain. He has a stone in his pancreas. Could that be the cause of his back pain?
He had an enormous tumor on his pancreas In 2000. It had involved other organs as well. He had it
removed by specialists in Omaha. They were certain it was cancer, and biopsied it for a week before
deciding it was not. He recovered to total wellness. Now he is in so much pain. It started as a gross
infection in his salivary gland in January. Strong antibiotics cured that infection, but he then developed a staph infection in his bowels, which is now in his bloodstream. He gets a three hour IV
treatment every day for the staph. He goes to a country doctor. An oncologist did a biopsy of his spine, and pronounced him free of cancer. But months have gone by and he is in intolerable pain.
He needs to see a specialist, but what kind? Please help him. His name is XXXXXXX Oller.
